No. 12 Chambers is a BSB-regulated entity authorised to conduct litigation. We are instructed by solicitors and, under the public access scheme, by individuals and businesses through our clerks, across civil, family, immigration, property and housing law.
Members appear in the County Court, the Immigration Tribunals, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. Once instructed, you deal directly with the barrister who will represent you, supported by clerks who manage availability, fees and papers.
